The longer I do this work, the more I see how important it is to regularly, without apology, tend to our need for deep rest and self-care. Earlier this year, I introduced the BackRelax as a standalone treatment offering the deeply restorative benefits of acupuncture and nervous system relaxation. This September, I’m excited to add another gorgeous, standalone treatment – the AcuFacial! I’m a big fan of the benefits of traditional skincare techniques, and my own personal regime relies heavily on facial massage, guasha and cosmetic acupuncture. I love a good product, who doesn’t! But nothing comes near to the powerful rejuvenation effects of these specialised techniques.

This 45-minute treatment blends the precision of Japanese Facial Reflexology, toning GuaSha Massage and rejuvenating Microcurrent, LED and cosmetic acupuncture. And while many facials focus only on the surface, this ritual works from the inside out, calming your nervous system, boosting circulation, and awakening your skin’s natural vitality.

We begin with facial reflexology, gently stimulating points that communicate with your body’s nervous system and internal organs. This encourages a state of parasympathetic calm — the “rest and repair” mode where the body’s healing magic truly happens. You’ll feel tension dissolve from your face, jaw, and mind.

Next, fine cosmetic acupuncture needles are placed along key meridians to lift, smooth, and tone the skin naturally, followed by targeted microcurrent and LED. This stimulates collagen and elastin production, improves muscle tone, and refines texture. The session closes with a sculpting gua sha massage and lymphatic drainage to enhance radiance. You’ll leave feeling light, restored, and quietly luminous.

You also have the the option to add on body acupuncture, restoring internal balance and calm from top to toe.
